Mourning Guest

I was out taking pictures on campus in a place we call the grove and there are these two butterflies who hang out in that area. They kept flying very close to me, darting away down the I had taken my camera off of my tripod for a while to get shots of them and one of them landed on my tripod.

This is a Mourning Cloak butterfly (Nymphalis antiopa) which you'd probably find an interesting coincidence, them being so friendly with me, if you're aware of how my state of mind has been lately.
